సరస్వతీ త్వయం దృష్ట్యా వీణాపుస్తకధారిణీ

హంసవాహ సమాయుక్తా విద్యాదానకరీ మమ {1}

ప్రథమం భారతీ నామా ద్వితీయం చ సరస్వతీ

తృతీయం శారదాదేవీ చతుర్థం హంసవాహనా {2}

పంచమం జగతీఖ్యాతం షష్ఠం వాగీశ్వరీ తథా

కౌమారీ సప్తమం ప్రోక్తమష్టమం బ్రహ్మచారిణీ {3}

నవమం బుద్ధిధాత్రీ చ దశమం వరదాయినీ

ఏకాదశం క్షుద్రఘంటా ద్వాదశం భువనేశ్వరీ {4}

బ్రాహ్మీ ద్వాదశ నామాని త్రిసంధ్యం యః పఠేన్నరః

సర్వసిద్ధికరీ తస్య ప్రసన్నా పరమేశ్వరీ

సా మే వసతు జిహ్వాగ్రే బ్రహ్మరూపా సరస్వతీ {5}

ఇతి శ్రీ సరస్వతీ ద్వాదశనామ స్తోత్రం సంపూర్ణం ||

English Translation:

Sarasvatī Tvayaṁ Dr̥ṣṭyā Vīṇāpustakadhāriṇī

Hansavāha Samāyuktā Vidyādānakarī Mama {1}

Prathamaṁ Bhāratī Nāmā Dvitīyaṁ Ca Sarasvatī

Tr̥tīyaṁ Śāradādēvī Chaturthaṁ Hansavāhanā {2}

Pan̄camaṁ Jagatīkhyātaṁ ṣaṣṭhaṁ Vāgīśvarī Tathā

Kaumārī Saptamaṁ Prōktamaṣṭamaṁ Brahmacāriṇī {3}

Navamaṁ Bud'dhi Dhātrī Cha Daśamaṁ Varadāyinī

Ēkādaśaṁ Kṣudraghaṇṭā Dvādaśaṁ Bhuvanēśvarī {4}

Brāhmī Dvādaśa Nāmāni Trisandhyaṁ Yaḥ Paṭhēnnaraḥ

Sarvasid'Dhikarī Tasya Prasannā Paramēśvarī

Sā Mē Vasatu Jihvāgrē Brahmarūpā Sarasvatī {5}
