Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt in Barkatpura, Hyderabad is a famous Raghavendra Swamy Temple present in Hyderabad.

This serves as the local unit of the famous Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, of the sage Raghavendra Swamy of Madhva sect who lived in the 16th century.
About Guru Raghavendra Swamy:
Sri Raghavendra Swamy is a renowned Hindu saint and philosopher who established his mutt at Mantralayam. This pilgrimage town is located on the banks of the Tungabhadra River, near Adoni, in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, India.
Sri Raghavendra Swami, also known as Venkatanatha and fondly called Venkata Ramana, attained Jeeva Samadhi in the year 1671. It happened on the Dwitiya of Krishna Paksha in the month of Shravana.
Devotees of Raghavendra Swami believe that he is an avatar of Bhakta Prahallada.
The Brindavana, which holds the samadhi of Raghavendra Swami is present in Mantralayam Raghavendra Mutt and is visited by thousands of devotees each year. Sri Raghavendra Swamy Aradhana marks the day of his Samadhi.
Barkatpura Raghavendra Swamy Mutt:
At Barkatpura Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, Garbhagudi (the inner sanctuary) has a serene atmosphere and the Brindavanam is well maintained and decorated everyday for puja rituals.
This is a very peaceful temple and has all facilities available to perform Satyanarayana swamy vratam etc also there. You can also find a facility adjacent to perform Rituals like Shraddha Karma etc for Brahmins at very nominal fee along with Lunch.
Mantralayam Raghavendra Swamy Mutt manages this temple. Priests devote themselves completely to the temple ceremonies at this Mutt.
This is a famous Hindu Madhva temple in Hyderabad, where Shraddha Karmas and other annual rituals are performed in groups for nominal rates by the purohits. This is a great option for individuals who cannot afford independent purohits and Bhoktas to perform pitru karyam at their homes.
The local Kannada community devotees look after the mutt. Shraddha Karmas, Upanayanas, poojas, and homas are all performed on a daily basis at this Mutt. Kalyana Mandapam function hall is also available in this Mutt. So, contact the temple authority for more details.
This holy Mutt is very near to near Kacheguda railway station and Narayanaguda flyover. Two-wheeler parking is available at the entrance. Four-wheeler parking on weekends and on festival season is a bit difficult.
On weekends and festival days, finding a parking spot here for four-wheelers can be a bit of a challenge.
Devotees who want to experience the same holy atmosphere as in Mantralayam but can't go there every time can visit this temple complex in Barkatpura.
Thursday is the best day to visit this temple. Besides Sri Raghavendra Swamy, there are other Gods present in this temple like- Lord Siva, Lord Rama and Lord Anjaneya, etc.
